Phoenix police arrested Rodrigo Zamora Valenzuela, 29, on suspicion of stabbing two people today, killing one particular of them, Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded to experiences of a stabbing near 27th Avenue and Jackson Street all over noon, according to section spokesperson Sgt. Andy Williams.
